When to consider 15 yards
If the project is limited to a bathroom, a smaller cleanout or a defined pile of household junk, start by considering the 15 yard size. Make a list of bulky items and explain any remodeling debris before booking.
Cubic yards describe volume. Included tonnage describes weight. Dense debris can use the weight allowance before the container looks full; ask before loading concrete, soil or other unusually heavy material.
Check placement before delivery
Tell us about the driveway or work area, surface, slopes, overhead obstructions and known underground features. Ask us to confirm container dimensions and truck access if space is tight.
Keep materials below the top wall. Leave access for pickup and contact Kennedy & Sons if the container needs to be moved.
Review prohibited materials and items needing approval before setting aside your load.
