Rental and contact forms collect the information needed to respond to a request, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, requested products, dates, and notes.
How information is used
Kennedy & Sons uses this information to check availability, provide pricing, coordinate delivery and pickup, communicate with customers, keep rental records, and complete billing.
Website analytics and device storage
The website may use broad, non-customer analytics to understand page and booking-flow usage. The dispatch app stores its signed-in session on the authorized device. Browser storage may also preserve the most recent booking confirmation.
Notifications
Dispatch users can choose to enable iPhone push notifications. Notification permission can be disabled in the device settings at any time.
Sharing and retention
Customer information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, deliver communications, or perform the requested rental service. Rental records are retained for business and billing purposes.
