Acceptance
By using this website or an authorized Kennedy & Sons dispatch account, you agree to these terms. Rental-specific rules shown during booking are separate and continue to apply to each rental.
Rental requests
Submitting an online request does not guarantee availability or delivery. Kennedy & Sons will confirm the schedule, products, pricing, placement, and other rental details before the request becomes a confirmed rental.
Authorized dispatch access
The dispatch and administration areas are for authorized business users only. Users must protect their sign-in information, use the software for legitimate company operations, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
QuickBooks and other services
Authorized administrators may connect third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Kennedy & Sons may disconnect an integration when needed for security, maintenance, or account changes.
Availability and changes
The website and dispatch tools are provided for business convenience and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside Kennedy & Sons' control. Features, pricing, products, and these terms may be updated as business needs change.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, obtain another customer's or user's information, or use the website for unlawful activity.
